TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR BLOOD BAGS’ STORAGE

HemoTag system (Medical Device) allows a costant temperature monitoring during blood bags, using NFC technology. The NFC Tag, once activated, records the temperature data on the basis of parameters set by the Transfusion Center.

The data is shown both in Excel and Pdf format.

HemoTag is composed by:

• a windows programm to install locally;
• a tag reader (USB connection);
• label tag NFC to apply on blood bags.

* HemoTag could be used as datalogger also, in ordert to monitor temperatures during blood bags and medicines’ transportation.
